Production technology and ISO 13485 certification
The quality of our dental implant manufacturing is ensured by a state-of-the-art machine fleet and complete process control.
Swiss-type turning work centers
We use Swiss-type lathes and milling machines with up to 10 axes, capable of handling micro-machining with micrometric tolerances down to 0.001 mm. The integration of advanced software such as ESPRIT for machining cycle simulation and MECMATICA for production planning ensures maximum repeatability across batches of any size.
Quality control and validation
Each component undergoes rigorous quality tests using optical and electronic measurement systems (VICI VISION, METRIOS). We operate in compliance with ISO 13485 for medical devices, ensuring full traceability of materials and of validated decontamination and washing processes (IFP 50 system).
Oros: a dental implant company. More than a supplier, a strategic partner
We stand out for our ability to support the client company from the earliest project stage through to serial production in subcontract mechanical machining:
Technical assessment and feasibility: we analyze 3D drawings (AutoCAD) to identify critical issues and optimize the component for production (DFM – Design for Manufacturing).
Prototyping support: we manage the transition from prototype to pilot batch, reducing development times and ensuring consistency with industrial standards
Industrialization: we work with the R&D departments of our partners to optimize the production cycle, ensuring stability and minimizing non-conformities.
